Papercraft

It's my second paper craft after I made Raffael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Well, I always love him from the first time I look his sketch on the paper. :')

Well, why do I use "him" for him? simply, it because I'm a woman and people more attracted by their opponent. Oh yeah, it's named Danbo, originally from Japan-and I love Japan really much although have not went there yet-and I love this Danbo's face. In the same time, I feel that he is cute, but he is blank too. Well, he is still cute at last.

I even not a doll lover, but I love this Danbo paper craft. He can be a nice friend! xD

Buku yang terbit April 2011 ini merupakan tipe buku yang jarang ada: novel 'keroyokan' perjalanan. :))
Bayangkan betapa repotnya mengumpulkan 12 penulis yang beda latarnya, gaya menulisnya, dsb. Maka dari itu buku ini termasuk dalam sederetan buku terbitan GagasMedia yang musti-kudu-wajib dibaca! 

Buku ini berisikan kehebohan dua belas penulis ini dalam perjalanan mereka masing-masing. Dari persiapan keberangkatan hingga pulangnya. Gaya menulis yang berbeda juga mempengaruhi saat membaca, membuat pembaca yang bahkan tidak biasa membaca novel yang agak tebal tidak bosan. Apalagi penampilan buku ini luar dan dalamnya sangat menarik, dengan sedikit warna-warni foto yang menghiasi kisah tiap perjalanan didalamnya.

Perjalanan yang diceritakan uniknya merupakan perjalanan yang bukannya menuju tempat-tempat yang sudah terkenal di dunia, tapi tempat-tempat yang agak terlupakan, namun tak kalah indahnya. 

Adapun yang berkunjung ke daerah yang masih di kawasan Asia bahkan Eropa dan Amerika. I bet you'll amazed with their story and smile for it. It's nice book and I give it two thumbs up!

PS: Don't read Raditya Dika's part anywhere outside! Just read it at home or closed room, or people will see you like you are crazy that laughing loudly ;)

Valentine is EVERY DAY!

It's nice when I realize that I can recycle something and make it a lil good than blank in white. Well, valentine of this year was passed, but I keep remember about valentine, and this picture somehow have a base idea from a movie that I already watched. 

Yeah, this pic is tell about a girl waiting for her boyfriend who romantically bring a red rose!

Another draw of mine, which is already edited by me. I give it a little and simple word at left, above : "Tapestry".
At the first when I draw it's background, I still confuse, 'What actually will I draw?"

Then, I start to make my favorite pattern, like double circles, and make it in many size. Tadaaa!
I make it as a motive :)

This is a simple but sure a great story wrote by Winna Efendi, the author of Kenangan abu-abu, Refrain, Unbelievable and Remember When. Her books usually use the theme : Teen life. Most of it are when we use our white-gray uniform, yes, Senior High School.

Love story about Senior High School students are usual. The one make this story isn't as the same with the other is her style of writing. And in this book, she make a story of Indonesian-Japanese girl, with Japan as the place sets.

I actually love Japan and it's cultures, that's what the reason I bought this book, and I don't regret it! This book is really good. At least, it make your eyes almost wet. :) 
This is a story of Ai ( In China and Japan, Ai means love), a blaster girl whose mom-a Bali person-already dead and then she live with her dad in Japan. There, after she left Japan for some years, she meet again with Matsumoto Sei, her childhood best friend.

They grow along together and still friend. At first, Ai think that "who said a man and woman can't become friend without any love spices?". Well, It's at the FIRST. Who know god has already plan another way for them. Since they were at Junior High School, Ai being chased by many mans, and the same with Sei.

The first time Ai realize her feeling to Sei is at their Junior High School Graduation. In Japan, there is a culture that 1st button of most popular boy's uniform must be given to his girl friend or someone he love. 

At that day, Ai saw a girl said that she love Sei, and after that she realize Sei's button was disappear. It's the first time she feel hurt, and...love. Well, she never let Sei know what her true feels. Until one day, a new comer at their village, Shinichi Matsuoka make friend with both of Ai and Sei. Everything still okay until there is a fire between Shin and Ai, until Ai and Shin decide to study at Todai University-Tokyo, until Sei realize his feeling. How is it end? Read it by our self will be nice!

The shy sun, or no?

This is a pic of afternoon sky and it was superb hot that day! Well, when people look this pic, they will be think that 'the sun was shy that day,huh?' And it absolutely wrong. Like what I said, that day when I took this sky picture was really really hot. 

I take this picture when I did a class project with my classmates- It's a movie project. I'll post our video soon after my little modem "healthier" >,<

a little story behind this pic: It was hot-well, you must be feel annoyed now for read that sentence. Lol-that day. And guess what my clothes when I took it? A long Sarong! Crap right? I remember that I feel like a steamed shrimp. Hell yeah! But, I love this pic so much :)

Ini adalah salah satu hobi sekaligus karya yang pengen gue bagiin buat semua pembaca blog gue: foto!

Mungkin nerd banget yah foto yang pertama gue upload ini? :) 
Kenapa gue memilih untuk upload foto langit dengan awan garis-garis dibanding foto lainnya, mungkin foto yang berkonsep? Karena gue suka langit. Setiap ada kesempatan dan gue ngerasa langit hari itu bagus banget buat di foto, gue bakalan sibuk mendongak sampai ini leher sakit, dan dianggap nerd sama orang-orang - aneh aja kan ada cewek yang moto-motoin langit?

Foto-foto yang gue ambil memang belum bagus. I'm try my best and I wanna make it better one day :) that's what I do.

Kisah kecil dibalik foto ini: langit biru dengan gradasi awan bergaris yang unik ini diambil kalau tidak salah hari kamis. Kenapa gue ingat kamis? karena gue ingat, gue pakai seragam pramuka- tahun 2010. Siswa-siswi ber-jas putih, jas laboratorium berseliweran, memfoto hasil praktikum inent house (praktik dengan tanaman, membuktikan bahwa yang dihasilkan adalah oksigen) dan sibuk berfoto ria dengan narsisnya. Red thread everywhere

This not-controlled-lines-draw of mine is draw on ex-cover of book marker like the one 'summer theme'. 

What do inspire me to draw this? Well, I'm not a romantic person, but any girls hate romantic stuffs? I don't think so. Even I love legends of love. Red threads more. 

Then I think that I wanna recycle this two cardboards and make it a book markers too. Then, this what I get. I drew it, colored it, and use some glitter on it.

This is one of my draw at photoshop. Actually, I never really make any draw by it, but I try to draw a tree. Well, I usually draw trees anywhere :p

Well, my characteristic is I love to draw trees, I don't know why too.

summer theme!

my newest draw after long time preparation for national exam. yuhuu! 

Guess what do I use to draw it? well, I use a paper which I get by bought a book marker, well, I'll said that this is one kind of my recycle. First thing I wanna draw is both of boy and girl on a bicycle, but at last, I draw that old-fashioned motorbike. Then, I wanna give pastel colors which show it's Autumn, but I don't have any pastel colors stock, that's why I use yellow and make some sun at left side. How does it look like? :|

 Rise your hand, comic lovers! Well, I bet people will love this comic series! Love sign has 5 series of it, which are must listed to read.

 This comic is the first one of Usami Maki's which I read, even I know that she has more than two titles. 

 She tell a story about Kouki Habara, a junior high school boy who has a trauma when he's still kid. With his cousin, TaigaHongo, he come back to Kayama prefecture, his village where he come from. There, he meet Ichigo Mimori, who spent her holiday there, at her grandma and grandpa house. Then they make friendship. But, something is happen in one night, when Habara see the full moon. 

He act so strange that he walk into the water, and it make Ichigo afraid. Since that strange night, Habara just say good bye as the other day, but he never appear in front of Ichigo again. Although Ichigo never talk about him anymore, deep inside her heart, she really wanna know, where is Habara been.

Then, when she go to senior high school, fortunately, she meet Habara and Hongo again. But, why both of them don't realize her? will this story become happy ending?

Talk about a girl's size is not taboo, but you must remember that topic is really sensitive! well, we can conclude it to 4th stage alert which mean you may make a girl angry by talk about her size - well, it's because she is a lil bigger. A lil.

Meg Cabot, an author who is well known by writes many books, one of the series is Princess Diaries. She write about Heather wells, an ex-famous pop-teen-singer from Cartwright records and also ex of Jordan Cartwright, the one who break her heart into pieces. And damn daddy's kid who throw her for Tania Trace. Heather find him do some oral sex with Tania, and she fell hurted. Fact that Jordan has promised her that they will sing their own-written-song make her pulled more deep into the hole. Even the director of Cartwright records-Jordan's father-doesn't accept her wish to sing her own song.

beside she's kicked by her records, her parents are divorce. Unfortunately, her mom and her manager manage to steal All of her money which are she get by singing from a stage to another stage and go away. 

In the middle of hurt, and loneliness, Cooper Cartwright-Jordan's older brother help her with give an apartment to live. Cooper is a kicked out Cartwright, and more hearted one between the other. Then, Heather get another job. She quit entertainment and do a job as a dormitory director assistant. Every thing feels good until one day, the girls in that dormitory face the death one by one.

This book has a nice writing style, well, Meg Cabot's writing style is one of best. Although in the first, we will feel this book is kinda bore. But wait till you read the part she looking for the murder, with the love spices between her and Cooper. Happy reading!
