This is it! My 2nd digital painting. Well, It still messed up, I know.
Mrs. Octapuss just passed my mind when I was given this task : non - human character. I really not into any kind of monsters with big red eye, sharp tusk, or claw.

She just keep cross my mind so that I decided to draw her. At first, my total imagination weren't this colorful, which mine were play the color totally in blue - white - black. I were inspired by luminous paints which I watch years ago.
My cute bitchy Mrs. Octapuss at first were more monstrous with purple-maroon color and flat-oval face and more narrow eyes.
This picture were totally messed up by her cloth. That fabric originally gonna look more... fabric? I mean here it supposed to have more texture, more dynamic. And the light lines behind is one of fatal mistake by my lack of experience and skill. I wanna make them looks like sun light diffusing through sea water and sunbathing the underwater world. And hell yeah, I'm totally out of my imagination of exotic underwater world. But, still, I'm glad that I make it through this.

Another artwork! Here it is, my first digital painting by trace a picture using pen tool. I've chosen IU - a Korea singer - picture to trace. Well, though my final result doesn't look like her even a little...
I love this paint's color, since I used pastels so that this paint give such a young and fresh impression.

This post is what I made in days without any sleep or eat - okay, It's too much - for my digital class's smester exam.
We asked for did some layout and full editing on those pictures, and then combine them together into a good-exclusive magazine under the theme hobby.
I think out fashion since it is so much fun looking for models and artists in such fabulous clothes then they gonna pose and the result is nice pictures of them, so that I decided to make a fashion magazine line, which mean to be up to date.

Airlines Logo

wohoo! another project for my last exam in 1st semester. Well, the task is to make a logo for an airlines which is named Java airlines, an airlines originally operate around Java. So, We asked to design the logo, header of a letter, a name card and envelope, you can see, the stuffs for official need. Enjoy and feel free to comment on it!

Fashionista

Here it is, a long ago project in my digital class. So, we learn to made a good leaflet, and well, we avoid the death center which is bore. This leaflet's information is - of course! - fake, since it's just to fulfill my task.
I feel bad since we were given the model in white and grey, I actually prefer she's in brown-y long coat and boots, with a newsboy cap. To give the balance in this leaflet, I choose to use some whitey color for fonts and keep the white background of the "products".

Korea's Hanbok

 

Come another pictures of my class team project..
So, this is a project about recycling stuffs. Me and my four other friends  ( one of my friend isn't in the pict) are in a team which we named Yeoja (girls). Our concept is make a costume, Korea's traditional costume which called hanbok.
Guess what the material we use is? *drumrools* Guess it already, no?
Well, our basic material is the magazine. Old one, of course.
The pink vest is made by magazines and used plastic for the arm part which we colored soft pink. Then the purple part was also made by magazines, the same went with that small bag which also use rope as the holder.
The grey ribbon on vest is using patchwork, which we glued to the vest for the collar and special ribbon as the hanbok usually have.
And we add little motif detail with gold acrylic paint at the bottom of purple skirt. Recycle completed

Branding

Here it is another design.

I did learn to design stuffs now. This is a brand design of Chilly sauce and Juice - Pineapple one, since I love how to crop those pineapple :))

Coloring

I do paint this one as impressionism, but it doesn't look like it since... Well, I know I still bad in color choosing, so I do try to improve the way I choose colors.

This 2nd picture is pointilism, another style I love. The most great pointilism which I love is one presented by my lecturer, which display a big wave which going to crush on a mountain, and that paint we see from far length, but when we look closer, We'll get that the mountain is pointed by paint many cans.

Fauvism is the style which you don't need to care about color rules. It's free to use colors! :)

Card

Posting again!
I really feel non-productive since I don't post anything for some times. Well, here it is, another project I did for 2 weeks ago: A pop up card! Yay!
I made a simple one since I really new to this kind of craftsmanship. Well, the process is I made the popping up part first -The 1st picture.

Then I feel confuse that How I'd made the front? So I think that this card gonna be a card for new house, but I don't think it sounds nice, so I change my mind, suddenly think that I could made it become a weds card. Well, it is!

Tadaaa! another design of mine. Yes, I know it still "rough" since I was really young in things like digital designing. But I do appreciate what I do and feel grateful that I can learn to do things like this, which is fun.

I love this design! Yahoo! This design remind me to novels which I already read long ago, which authored by Ilana Tan, 4 series books which theme about season. Enjoy it!

modul

This is another creates of mine, made things called "modul" in Indonesian, which is like a building. I do made 3 prototypes at first, you can see, its like water drops with twirled side in it, rectangle with straight lines in it, and triangle, which I choose as I love most to made become my project.

My tutor actually give me alternatives with that water drop prototype which he think good too, but I already fall with my triangle, so I choose it.

Icon

This is a design I made with Illustrator, which is represent what my aspire is. Yes, a graphic designer, layout-er for book or traditional media publisher. Left one is the last design which revised at last. I change colors because of my lecture's advise, which he think it's better with one color.

Diorama

Well this is another assignment for my classes : A diorama. It's like a miniature of places. For this assignment, we learn about shapes and textures, that's why I use many organic and inorganic stuffs like green beans, rices, plastics, plasticine, papers - colored A4 size and origami paper too - and yeah, for the rainbow, I used pentel poster colors, and I use stones also, and cottons.
Most tiring part of this assignment is when I must roll those papers to make textures, and try to shape them. Peoples must be think that it's so fucking easy to roll them, but just try it at home. To make textures on 20 times 20 cm boards, fulfill it with them, see how long it takes for roll them. Ha! Even I sit for hours and get my shoulder sick of it, but kinda happy when it's done. :)

Logo

One of my project is make logocs about Indonesia's telecommunication factory here. I use adobe illustrator .
1st logo with telephone and blue lines, then red white background is about telephone networking in Indonesia.
2nd logo still about networking, it's actually the first I made, so I didn't really get what I wanna made, but I just think about networks between peoples, and communication which expressed by lines.
3rd logo which is contain circle like globe with it's islands there, on it I made a balloon dialogue and Hello word, a basic concept about communication.
4th one is a concept when I think about batik motive - it's one of Indonesia's culture.
and the last logo, is originally like the real one but it's color is blue but I made it orange.
